Terms of Service
Judgr is a scoring and results app for gym fitness competitions. By signing in and using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions: contact@compjudgr.com.
A beta service, provided as is
Judgr is an early, beta service. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Features may change or be removed.
Access
Access is by invitation and Google sign-in, and a new account must be approved by an administrator before it can use the app. Administrators may approve, limit or remove access at any time. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use Judgr only for the competition you are taking part in or helping run.
- Do not try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to disrupt others’ use of it.
- Upload only scorecards and other content you are allowed to share.
Scores and results
Judgr reads handwritten scorecards with software, and a person reviews every score before it is counted. Even so, mistakes can happen. The competition organizers, not Judgr, decide the official results, and they can correct them.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow Judgr to store, process and display it as needed to run the competition, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judgr and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or results, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access; changes
You may stop using Judgr at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Judgr means you accept the update.
